Refund & Cancellations Policy

Zaburb is committed to providing exceptional service and peace of mind to our valued senior users. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a user may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting one.

Refundable Situations

  • Service Cancellation Before Dispatch: A full refund, including the entire service booking amount, will be issued if a service request is cancelled before a security guard is dispatched.

  • Provider No-Show: In the event a security guard fails to arrive within the estimated timeframe and you cannot be reached by phone, a full refund will be issued.

  • Service Disruption: If the security service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Zaburb's control (e.g., natural disaster, technical malfunction), a full or partial refund may be issued. The specific amount refunded will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellation After Dispatch: Cancellations made after a security guard is dispatched are generally non-refundable. However, Zaburb acknowledges the possibility of changes in your needs and may consider a partial refund depending on the specific situation.

The following terms apply:

  • Cancellations made more than five (5) business hours before the scheduled service will be refunded the full service booking amount, minus a standard processing fee (details on the processing fee will be available upon request).

  • Cancellations made within five (5) business hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 30% cancellation penalty. The remaining 70% of the service booking amount will be refunded. This penalty reflects the administrative costs associated with assigning a security guard to your request within that timeframe.

  • Unused Service: Refunds will not be issued for services requested but not utilized by the user.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for users who decide against using the service after booking.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Zaburb customer support through the app or by email at info@zaburb.com

  1. Clearly state the reason for your refund request.

  1. Provide any relevant documentation or details to support your claim (e.g., screenshots, confirmation of cancellation).

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request has been approved, please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank's processing policies.

Important Note

Zaburb reserves the right to deny a refund request if it is deemed fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Data Privacy

Zaburb is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We will only collect personal information necessary to process your refund request and will not share it with any third party without your consent.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the Refund Policy, Zaburb will make a good faith effort to resolve the issue amicably. However, if a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of Service and the laws of India.
