Welcome to Zaburb! This Service Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing your access and use of Zaburb's on-demand security services for senior citizens (the "Services").

  1. Service Availability

Zaburb is committed to providing security and peace of mind to senior citizens around the clock. Our Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, to ensure optimal service delivery and security guard allocation, a minimum booking window of five (5) hours is required. Bookings must be placed at least five (5) hours before the desired service start time.

  1. Booking and Cancellations

3.1. Bookings can be conveniently made through the Zaburb mobile application.

3.2. We understand that circumstances may change. You are welcome to cancel a service booking at any time; however, the following cancellation policy applies:

* Cancellations made **more than five (5) hours** prior to the service start time will be processed without penalty.

* Cancellations made **within five (5) hours** of the service start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps us defray the costs associated with assigning a qualified security guard to your request.

Zaburb is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the following data necessary to ensure efficient service delivery and client safety:

* **Health Information:** In order to best serve you and anticipate any potential needs, we may request basic health information about you. This information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

* **Location Data:** Your location data allows our security guards to locate you quickly in case of an emergency. We utilize industry-standard security measures to safeguard your location information.

* **Phone Number:** We require your phone number for two purposes: verification during the booking process and for one-time passcode (OTP) generation to enhance security.

Zaburb prioritizes your safety and well-being. We partner exclusively with security agencies that are duly licensed by the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA). Our vetted security guards are professionally trained to assist senior citizens and are equipped to handle various situations.

  • This Policy is subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the Zaburb app.

  • Zaburb reserves the right to suspend or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
